Negotiations between Chrysler and the UAW has continued past the deadline!

While the current national labor contract was set to expire on September 14, the Chrysler Group and the UAW have agreed to continue bargaining past that date. The Chrysler Group and the UAW will continue to work together to reach a new agreement. If an agreement is met, there are still several processes before the new national labor contract is implemented.

Hopefully Chrysler and the UAW will be able to reach a deal very soon.
