This season has been most challenging for Cole, who is no longer a Rookie. He has a new team, new car and new crew. All the comfort of the past was gone for Cole, he was at the point where self-doubt and external speculation was creeping up. But, he defied the doubt, overcame those moments where the odds were stacked against him and stayed focused on his goals.
Check out the interview below:
About talent:
Cole Whitt, 23 enters his second full-time NASCAR season after progressively climbing the NASCAR racing ranks of the Nationwide, Camping World Truck and K&N series. Ranked #3 out of 10 rookies last season, the Alpine, Calif., native made his transition to stock cars after an early career in open-wheel racing, which included a 2008 USAC National Midget championship. Cole and the No. 35 Speed Stick brand Front Row Motorsports team made their first appearance on track February 2015 for Speedweeks at Daytona International Speedway.
I want to thank Speed Stick Gear for this interview opportunity! I also want to thank Cole Whitt for taking out the time to discuss and answer my questions.
